Youth declaration

§ 1 Youth Protection and Age Verification

(1) The sale of alcoholic beverages shall only be made to persons who have reached the age of 18.

(2) By placing an order for boxes containing alcohol (e.g. Black Forest Experience Box - Premium), the customer confirms that he has reached the legally required minimum age.

(3) We are obligated under the provisions of the Youth Protection Act to ensure that no alcoholic beverages are sold to minors. Therefore, delivery is only made after age verification by the commissioned shipping service provider (e.g., identity check or comparable procedure with personal identification verification).

(4) The goods shall only be handed over in person to the adult purchaser or to a person who is also of legal age and authorized to receive the goods, after successful age verification.

(5) Delivery with permission to leave the premises or handover without personal age verification is excluded.

(6) Delivery to parcel lockers is excluded unless a personal age verification takes place upon delivery.

(7) If age verification cannot be successfully carried out upon delivery, the delivery shall be deemed to have failed. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the costs of the failed delivery.
